Module 1 is all about welcoming you into the program and setting the expectations as well as getting clarity on your intentions with taking this coaching program. We will cover the program overview, how to get support and much more in this first week. Be sure to review and complete all the materials and come to the session with your questions. Module 2 is the introductory section of the coaching program. We will use this week to review the program outline and syllabus to set the stage for the next 90 days. Additionally, we will introduce the foundational core components to scaling a successful 6+ figure creative business and break down the millionaire mindset needed to succeed as a creative entrepreneur.

InModule  3 we will teach you how to create attainable goals with actionable steps that motivate you and move your business forward. We will design your personal roadmap to success based on your career and life goals. Additionally, we will reverse engineer where you envision your life in 5-10 years, and create micro and macro goals (actionable steps) along your roadmap to success so you can make it a reality. We will also discuss the importance of setting clear intentions and expectations for yourself on this journey. As an entrepreneur, the business and personal are constantly intertwining. Creating clarity amongst your friends, fans, and future clients is vital. We will teach you the how and why to scaling a personal brand and/or business. Entrepreneurship is for life. It is NOT a get rich quick scheme so if you are only interested in making $$$ this program is not for you.

Module 4 is dedicated to defining and creating your customer avatar so you can start attracting your dream clients. We will first define your target audience and then create your unique customer avatar so you know who to target and how. From there we will teach you how you can start earning more by attracting your dream clients. Finally, we will discuss the importance of niching down your creative business and how this will help you attract and close bigger budgets.

Module 5 is dedicated to filling your pipeline with high-quality leads that are genuinely interested in your brand and services. We will examine how you can save time in the lead generation process, pre-qualify potential clients, and attract the right high-ticket clients that make being a creative business owner fun and easy. We will teach you how to generate new leads every week through organic as well as paid traffic.

Module 6 We will teach you how to master the art of generating quality and consistent new leads every week through organic as well as paid traffic. We will also examine your current sales funnel and optimize it so you can start closing more deals and earning more per project with a more systemized process filled with incentives and upsells.

InModule 7 we will hand over the automation station so you can make scaling your creative business effortless and easy. Learn how to systemize and optimize your business with automations and a customer relationship workflow that is guaranteed to work. A quality backend will be a game changer to free up your time from unnecessary administrative tasks and allow you to build the business. We will also be teaching you how to leverage your personal brand and audience for partnerships and sponsorships. Learn how you can make passive income, receive free gear, and get lucrative partnerships that pay you for doing what you love. Not only that, we will teach you how you can leverage various partnerships and sponsorships into passion projects, expanding your network, and so much more.

InModule 8 we will teach you how to conduct market research and expand on the concepts introduced earlier in this program. Understanding your target audience and what content is converting is vital to generating quality leads. It is not enough to create cool content, it needs to convert. Learn how to attract and win over your dream clients by creating quality connections, value proposition pricing, spec ads, and more while mastering the art of converting a conversation into a sale.

Module 9 is dedicated to mastering your sales process, strategy, and script. This is vital to succeed as a business. Without consistent and quality sales one cannot scale a successful $100K+ a year business.
